A: We make best efforts to provide a proof or your finished graphics as soon as possible. With the large volume of orders received, we do have a processing time that can range from 3 to 14 Business Days. Please refer to shop announcement and/or policies for current processing times.

If you need your item sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We also have a "Rush" add on that will have the proof/graphics to you within 24-48 hours. This can be found under our "Made to Match" category.

• Please be sure you saved your Logo files to your computer in the same format they are sent in and please use a desktop computer. A mobile device will sometimes cause problems with saving them in their proper/original formats.

2nd: PLEASE read the "Read Me" file that is provided in your Logo file for more information/tips & tricks.

Yes, we do offer a "Try Before You Buy" option.

It allows you to see the logo customized with your company name and choice of fonts (you pick 3 fonts).

It ensures that you like the look and feel, as every font looks different with each with name.

**Refunds and Exchanges**

Graphic orders: (including but not limited to, Etsy Graphic Sets, Facebook Sets, Business Cards, Logos, etc..) Once the order is placed and 24 hours has passed, it is non-refundable. If I haven't already started designing your item(s), I will happily provide shop credit to you to use on another item of your choosing.

Please ask questions or for more photos if needed before you commit to purchase. I try to describe items to the best of my ability.

You are paying for the creative services and time spent designing these items and fulfilling the requests of customization. All images and fonts used in the design process were either purchased for commercial use, created or are free and these items are not licensed products.

MLA Designs does not sell or claim ownership over these images, graphics, characters or fonts; they belong to their respective copyright owners.

Commercial use of products (example: taking a graphic image purchased from MLA Designs and placing it on fabric or wallpaper to resell) is strictly prohibited unless agreement and purchase of license has been made.

Short answer - Yes.

MLA Designs reserves the right to resell logos and to use the basic design of any logo created as a Custom Logo Order or an Edited Logo Order and resell that specific design unless you purchase the "Retire My Logo" option along side your custom piece. If you chose this option, the logo will never be used or sold again from MLA Designs.

MLA Designs reserves the right to sell any concept or sample that was not selected as the final logo for your business.

Custom Designs may have certain elements that are not one of a kind, and those elements may be resold separately in a different context within but limited to, Logos, Business Cards, Wine Labels, Invitations or other graphic designs and Marketing Items.

In an effort to keep premade logo prices more affordable, Vector Files are not included with your Premade or Custom Logo purchase. Vector Files are sold as an Add-On for customers who need them (not everyone needs a Vector File).

• What you will receive:

1 Ai and 1 EPS Vector File - These can be re-sized without losing any image quality. Typically, the vector file is only needed if you are needing to make your logo larger than 10-13 inches. Logo files by their very nature are large. You don't want your logo files to be small. You may not be able to upload them directly to websites, social media or VistaPrint, etc., without resizing them. You can easily (and for free!) resize your logo by using a free, online photo editing program like www.PicMonkey.com, Canva.com or the other numerous sights.
